Creative Director

Description:
Provide creative leadership on the agency’s accounts so that the creative on-line work produced by the agency represents the clients effectively in the marketplace and thereby contributes to the maintenance and growth, mutually profitable client/agency relationship.
Responsible for all creative operations for the agency accounts that include staff supervisions and work production. Directs the activities of subordinates to maintain the agency’s standards of digital creative output , timeless and profitability, while achieving the clients’ goals. Oversees creative consultations with account and strategy teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input and client presentations.
Requests:

- 8 years of senior creative work experience, out of each
a minimum of 4 years with an interactive agency - Senior level client contact
- Communication ability and work experience with client presentations

Account Executive

Description:
As an account executive you have to be a link between clients and the agency team. You report to an account manager and you are responsible for the day-to-day running clients' campaigns. You liaise between the client and a range of agency staff in order to coordinate the details of the project. You will work closely with the clients throughout projects, managing administrative and organisational work and ensuring that this is completed on time and on budget.
You have to understand client's brand, business and needs, develop a close and productive relationship with both: clients and internal team, understand the responsibilities of each member of the agency's team and the basics of their job, understand and follow project workflow, prioritize, plan and manage time efficiently. And most important of all fulfil client requests promptly and efficiently.
Requests:

- Previous experience with an advertising or interactive agency in a similar position
- Results/Initiative oriented, passionate, proactive and an active team player
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in English, second language is a plus

- Good PC skills (E-mail, Microsoft Office, Internet, Project Management tools)
- Understand the role of online communication in the marketing mix
- Be up-to-date to market moves & trends
